I will be giving my first guest tutorial "Celebrity stylist" session at the new Style School is West London today.

My class is for a group of 16 year olds.
They will learn about first impressions, body language, looking appropriate, what makes a great Celebrity stylist, how to work with Celebrities, Celebrity insecurities, bodyshape, shapewear and lingerie, finding the best Red Carpet outfits, which celebrities are stylish and of course about my world-past and present.

I find it fascinating and rewarding working with teenagers, especially when it also helps their own self-esteem and confidence .  Its so important to show them they dont have to be a size 0 either

I dropped into the Fitflop footwear launch of all the exciting new ranges of new Fitflop shoes for the Autumn/Winter 2010/11.  The new range is now huge. Today is my first day at QVC as on screen brand ambassador for Bob Mackie, the amazing US celebrity designer who designs the Bob Mackie "wearable art"  range for QVC.  Clothes for real women who like to be noticed and feel special. Just the same ethos that I have when I work with and style with my own clients.

So after an audition, a rehearsal and working closely with the Bob Mackie team in the US and the QVC team in the UK I have now done my first show at 11am this morning. My next show is at 6pm this evening and then again this Sunday at 12noon.....

Loving the New Look Winter collections. Whether you are a teenager or 50+, there is something for everyone, size 8-18 and plus-sized too.

The quality is hugely superior to previous years and the styling more sophisticated and some great must-have pieces that all women would love to have in their wardrobe at really affordable prices.  There is also the Limited range that is higher priced but really desirable.  

Trends include, "apres-ski Nordic prints," 1960's glam, 1970's maxi dresses worn with oversized fairisle cardigans,  military jackets, biker jackets and lots of fake fur in fun colours. 

For the next 3 weeks, every Thursday night,I shall be avidly watching the Prime Ministerial debates as BBC "style critic" . 

I'll be providing some thoughts/quotes/detailed analysis on what the 3 leaders wear and their style after each debate.
